Rooms were good and comfortable. Neat and clean accommodation. Great value for money. Excellent hospitality and helpful staff. Conveyance accessibility good. Food quality very good. Near to airport and other facilities. Pleasant stay.

The hotel location was quite convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the complimentary breakfast and Wi, Fi were nice added bonuses. the room was also well, equipped with modern amenities including a flat, screen TV.
The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom left much to be desired. There were signs of dust and dirt in certain areas, and the bathroom had a strange odour.

I really appreciated the helpful staff at this hotel. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help me with my bags. There is also a nice teashop nearby that serves delicious food, and the location is convenient for accessing local sites.
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel or this city.

The hotel offered some basic amenities such as a functioning air conditioner and clean bed sheets. the location was convenient as it was close to some key attractions and easily accessible via public transportation. the staff was polite and friendly, making the overall experience somewhat pleasant.
The negatives greatly outweighed the positives during our stay. The room was very dirty and smelled terrible, leaving us feeling uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Despite having a convenient location, the hotel lacked cleanliness with stained bedding and dirty walls. the room was poorly equipped with no desk, damaged chair, and no storage cupboard. the free toiletries were minimal, and the breakfast was disappointing. the staff were courteous and facilitated early check-in and airport drop-off, and there were plenty of taxis outside the hotel for transportation.
The hotel failed to meet my basic expectations.
